1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using thejiangbriefing.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CCC Impact B.V.
2. Description of Service
Predictive History Intelligence is a digital subscription service providing geopolitical analysis, intelligence briefings, prediction tracking, and educational content. Content is delivered through our web platform, email newsletters, and Telegram channels. The Service applies game theory, historical pattern recognition, and civilizational cycle analysis to current geopolitical events.
3. Subscription Terms
We offer three subscription plans: Standard ($9/month), Premium ($29/month), and Annual ($79/year). All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. To request a refund within the guarantee period, contact us at support@thejiangbriefing.com. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
Content provided through the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, republish, resell, or share subscription content with non-subscribers. Automated scraping, downloading, or systematic extraction of content is prohibited. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All analysis, briefings, predictions, articles, and other content published through the Service are the intellectual property of CCC Impact B.V. and are protected by copyright law. The Predictive History analytical methodology is inspired by publicly available academic frameworks and historical analysis techniques. The name "Predictive History Intelligence" and associated branding are trademarks of CCC Impact B.V.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our analysis does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or military advice. Predictions are analytical opinions based on historical pattern recognition and game theory frameworks. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy. You acknowledge that geopolitical analysis involves inherent uncertainty.
8. Limitation of Liability
CCC Impact B.V., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content provided. This includes, without limitation, any investment losses, business interruption, or loss of data. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payment processing), Telegram (messaging), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
